How long is the course? 
Stressed to Zen kicks off on Monday, October 1st and runs for six weeks...ending on November 11th.
What is the format?
Materials will be delivered every Monday through the course portal.  You will receive a personalized login to view the Videos and Workbook.
How long can I access the materials?
What is my time commitment each week?
The time you're able to put into the course will be reflected in the results you get.  Between watching Course Videos, going through the Workbook, and participating in Office Hours, can count on about two hours each week.  Though you'll get more from the course if you follow the schedule, you can certainly work at your own pace.
When are the live office hours?
Live office hours will be held each Thursday (time TBD) for the duration of the course.  You will be able to submit questions ahead of time and interact with me and the rest of the group live in our Private Stressed to Zen Facebook group.  If you can't make it live, you can watch the replay anytime it's convenient for you.
What if I'm not on Facebook?
No problem!  I'll provide a replay of the Live Office Hours video via email every Friday.
