 Wellness Retreats & Small Group Workshops

Working with small groups to create interactive workshops is one of my favorite things to do.  I absolutely love the energy and the power of the group environment.  Personally, my greatest a-ha moments and life changing realizations happened while participating in group retreats.  (see card below!!).

I also offer talks and health coaching to small private groups.  Imagine learning specific things you can do to have more energy and feel better every day while hanging out with your friends in the comfort of your own home.  You'll have your "tribe" there to support you and hold you accountable as you all get healthier together!
