I believe the foundation of good health begins with a holistic approach.  I will show you how to use real food to heal and fuel your body and how certain lifestyle choices will help you regain your health.

I am an Autoimmune Paleo Certified Coach and I believe true healing can be achieved through the food and lifestyle recommendations in this program.  However, AIP may not be the right choice for everyone.  Using it as a foundation, I can help customize a plan that works best for you.  while still helping you achieve relief from your symptoms to regain your life back from your autoimmune disease.

Free 15-Minute Consultation

4 Week Package
 

Best for:  Someone who wants to make minor nutrition and/or lifestyle changes or who wants guidance and support through the initial stages of the Autoimmune Protocol.

AIP:  For support and education while taking learning about and transitioning to full AIP or for support and guidance through 
the Elimination portion of the protocol.

  • Initial 60-minute session 

  • Three 30-minute sessions (one per week)

  • Written recommendations and followup resources provided after each session

  • Unlimited email support for the duration of the package

Single Session
 

Best for:  Someone who wants general guidance or has a few questions, but who is motivated to make changes without support. 

AIP:  If you are beginning your AIP journey, you could use this session to learn the details of the protocol, determine the best transition style for you, and to customize a plan that works for you.  If you're stuck or struggling to follow the protocol, this session is also perfect to help get you back on track!

3 Month Package
